Mauritius borders are set to re-open after 18 months on Friday 1st October 2021 - with one of the highest full vaccination rates in Africa.
88% of the adult population in Mauritius have been vaccinated, although this does not protect us against new variants, it does play a key part in the process of getting things back to normal and enjoying a stay in paradise.

We have highlighted some information for both vaccinated and unvaccinated passengers planning to visit Mauritius.
VACCINATED GUESTS
If you're fully vaccinated you can freely explore Mauritius and its attractions throughout your stay
It is mandatory to arrange COVID-19 insurance/health cover
Present proof of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours from your last point of embarkation
PCR required on arrival (free of charge)
A self administered antigen test on day 5 of your stay is required
All travellers must fill out health forms before and during your flight to Mauritius
UNVACCINATED GUESTS
Present proof of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours from your last point of embarkation
Book a quarantine stay at an official quarantine hotel: GOLD CREST, GOLD BEACH, GRAND BLUE, AMBRE
You are required to stay in your hotel room for 14 nights
PCR test on arrival, day 7 and day 14 of your stay
After a negative PCR test on day 14. you can explore Mauritius and move to a new accomodation
The cost of the three PCR tests is approx Rs12,000
